Vietnamese Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
1lb Chicken Thigh or Breast (skin on)
3 Spring Onion for garnish
Marinade Sauce:
Vietnamese Chicken Marinade
1.5 tablespoon lime juice
1.5 tablespoon canola oil
1.5 tablespoon Nouc Mum Chay
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 Bird’s Eye chili3 stalks Cilantro
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together except for chicken and spring onion.
- Marinade chicken in a stainless steel container or ziplock bag for a minimum of 2 hours or preferably overnight.
- Grill on medium to high heat until it’s fully cooked. Be sure to flip both sides consistently to avoid burning because of the sugar in the marinade.
- Can add chopped spring onions as garnish.
