We aim to bring delicious and environmentally friendly plant-based products to food lovers everywhere. By importing and developing these products, we aim to make it easy and accessible for people to make good choices for their health, the planet, and future generations. Que Dang

Chef Que Vinh Dang credits his mother and upbringing in New York with his passion for food. An avid explorer of food and culture from a young age. He attended the Institute of Culinary Education (formerly known as Peter Kumps) in New York and continued to refine his skills under celebrated Chef Rocco DiSpirito at Union Pacific and Chef Geoffrey Zakarian at Town, before coming to Hong Kong in 2003. He brought with him his reputation for expertise in creating and fusing flavors.

Paul Hsu - Co-Founder

A reputed innovative Entrepreneur and Restauranteur, Hospitality Professional & Executive Director of Elite Concepts Hong Kong. He has opened 30+ restaurants up to date, with a proven track record of success in establishing restaurant trends all over the region.He began his career in the hotel industry working for The Hilton Hotel in Guam & Shanghai and Hyatt Hotels in San Francisco, Atlanta & Oakland, as well as holding Senior Level positions at five-star hotels in China where he was a key member of two pioneering China hotel opening teams – Guangzhou’s White Swan Hotel and the Hilton International Shanghai. These were two of the first five-star hotels to open in China. In 1991, he founded his own hospitality group, Elite Concepts.
