Ingredients
¼ cup Nước Mắm Chay
¼ cup sugar⅓ cup pineapple juice
2 Tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 clove garlic - finely chopped
1 small Thai chili pepper - finely chopped
1 Tablespoon shredded carrot
Instructions
- Bring Vinegar and Sugar to a boil.
- Add pineapple juice and Nước Mắm Chay.
- Let it cool.
- Add chopped ingredients.
