Ingredients

¼ cup Nước Mắm Chay

¼ cup sugar⅓ cup pineapple juice

2 Tablespoons lime juice

2 teaspoons white vinegar

1 clove garlic - finely chopped

1 small Thai chili pepper - finely chopped

1 Tablespoon shredded carrot

Instructions

  1. Bring Vinegar and Sugar to a boil.
  2. Add pineapple juice and Nước Mắm Chay.
  3. Let it cool.
  4. Add chopped ingredients.
